Head Receives GTFIRE Grant

Karen Head, assistant professor in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture and director of the GT Communications Center for undergraduates, has been granted $9,914 in funding under Georgia Tech's GTFIRE program for her proposal Learning to Critique Designs through Public Speaking. Co-PI Colin Potts. The GTFIRE program is intended to support innovations in education and research as outlined in Georgia Tech's Strategic Plan. The progress and future plans of the project will be presented this fall at the Innovation at Georgia Tech Symposium.
